ID/Passport and contact phone number to the email address
[email protected] with the subject 'Jason Derulo concert attendance'."
  • Regnum Carya carries out general video recording and live broadcasting activities in the venue as part of its promotion, marketing and advertising activities. The participant is aware of the fact that general footage is recorded in the venue and that his/her own images, whether with the general audience or not, may be captured during the filming and grants permission/gives approval for these images to be recorded in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. The participant furthermore accepts that the relevant organizer has the authority to use these recordings without further permission.
  • Admission to the concert begins at 21:00. The concert starts at 22:00.
  • Ticket holders under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the event venue without a legal guardian.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the event venue.
  • Pets are not allowed to enter the event venue.
  • The sound systems in the event venue may cause temporary hearing problems.
  • The lighting arrangements in the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.
  • The use of professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras) is prohibited in the event venue.
  • Ticket holders are required to be present at the entrance with their tickets, at least half an hour before the start time of the event.
  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the ticket purchasing conditions.
  • Regnum Carya reserves the right to refuse entry to persons whom they deem unsuitable for the event in order to protect and maintain the health and safety of its guests and the internal operations of the facility. Regnum Carya may exercise this right by refunding the ticket price and not admitting those persons into the event venue.
  • Ticket price includes beverage service within the concert venue.
  • The concert takes place between 19:00 and 00:30. Additional charges shall apply for guests exceeding the checkout time.
  • The wristbands distributed to participants should not be removed until they leave the facility.
  • There is no assigned seating arrangement in the concert venue except for the lounge area.
  • Identification must be presented upon hotel check-in.
  • All persons attending the event are considered to have accepted all security measures, including body and bag searches, as determined by the security team. Persons who refuse to comply with these measures shall be denied access and shall not be entitled for a refund. All persons are required to carry their identification with them.

    • Regnum Carya осуществляет общую видеосъемку и прямую трансляцию на площадке в рамках мероприятий с целью осуществления промо-, маркетинговой и рекламной деятельности. Участник осведомлен о том, что в месте проведения мероприятия ведется общая видеосъемка и что он может быть заснят во время этой съемки, независимо от того, находится ли он среди зрителей или нет, и дает разрешение/согласие на запись своих изображений в соответствии с Законом № 6698 о защите персональных данных и Законом № 5846 об интеллектуальных и художественных произведениях, а также соглашается с тем, что соответствующий организатор имеет право свободно использовать эти записи без необходимости получения отдельного разрешения.
    • Время входа на концертную площадку – 21.00, время начала концерта – 22.00.
    • Участники младше 18 лет не допускаются на концертную площадку без сопровождения законных опекунов/родителей.
    • Принесенные с собой продукты питания и напитки не будут допускаться в зону проведения мероприятия.
    • Вход с домашними животными в зону проведения мероприятия запрещен.
    • Звуковые паттерны в зоне проведения мероприятия могут вызвать временные проблемы со слухом.
    • Световой режим в помещении, где будет проходить мероприятие, может вызвать временный дискомфорт в глазах.
    • Запрещается вход в зону проведения мероприятия с профессиональным аудио- и видеооборудованием (видеокамера и фотоаппарат).
    • Не менее чем за полчаса до начала мероприятия необходимо быть готовым к входу на мероприятие, имея при себе свой билет.

    • Организатор оставляет за собой право изменять условия приобретения билетов.
    • Regnum Carya имеет право не допускать к участию в мероприятии лиц, которых посчитает не подходящими для участия в нем, в целях защиты и обеспечения здоровья и безопасности участников, спокойствия, порядка при проведении мероприятия и т. д. с возвратом стоимости билета.
    • Обслуживание напитками в концертной зоне включено в стоимость билета.
    • Концерт продлится с 19:00 до 00:30. С гостей, превысивших время выхода из концертной зоны, будет взиматься дополнительная плата.
    • Браслеты, которые будут выданы зрителям, не должны сниматься до тех пор, пока они не покинут территорию проведения мероприятия.
    • В концертной зоне, за исключением лож, нет определенной системы рассадки, все места стоячие.
    • При входе в отель необходимо предъявить удостоверение личности.
    • Считается, что каждый участник нашего мероприятия согласен на все виды мер безопасности, включая личный досмотр и досмотр сумок, определяемые службой безопасности. Лица, не желающие соблюдать данные меры безопасности, будут лишены права входа на мероприятие, при этом возврат билетов производиться не будет.
