Campaigns

iyzico:

  • The campaign is valid between 08.01.2026-31.01.2026 at selected stores.
  • A 200 TL discount is earned on a single purchase of 2,000 TL or more made via “Pay with iyzico”.
  • Only customers who will use “Pay with iyzico” for the first time can benefit from the campaign.
  • Before completing the purchase, the user must log in to the iyzico app and join the campaign via the “Discover” menu.
  • The discount amount is granted by loading it to the user’s iyzico balance on the same day the payment is completed via “Pay with iyzico”. The customer will be notified. The gift balance can be checked and used through the iyzico app. You can download the iyzico app from your phone’s application store (App Store, Google Play, etc.).
  • Campaign participation is limited to the first 10,000 users.
  • iyzico reserves the right to end the campaign before the planned end date.
  • Each individual customer may benefit from the campaign only once during the campaign period, whether they complete their payment as a new iyzico member or as an existing iyzico member using “Pay with iyzico”.
  • Both installment and one-time payments are included in the campaign. If transactions that qualify for the reward are canceled or refunded, the gifted balance will be revoked and the customer cannot participate in the campaign again.
  • The reward amount cannot be converted into cash.
  • iyzico reserves the right to make changes to the campaign terms.
  • In case of cancellation or refund of transactions that earned a reward, if the user has already spent the reward before the cancellation/refund is processed, the user’s current and future campaign participation may be restricted.
  • The eligibility of certain users to participate in campaigns may be restricted or blocked at iyzico’s discretion without prior notice.
  • If there is suspicion or detection of campaign abuse, or if the user’s participation is deemed contrary to iyzico’s intended purpose, scope, or principles of good faith, iyzico may, without notification, cancel any unpaid campaign rewards, reclaim paid rewards, and offset such amounts from the user’s iyzico balance or future receivables.
  • This campaign cannot be combined with any other active Pay with iyzico campaign.

The campaign is valid until the date on which the relevant event takes place.

Where is the campaign valid?
To benefit from the campaign, the Hopi button must be selected during the purchase step on iTicket Türkiye, and the Hopi QR code must be entered in the field that appears.

How does this campaign benefit me?
You can earn Paracık (reward points) at the rates specified within the campaign.

For which products is the campaign valid?
The campaign is valid for ticket purchases made through iTicket for various events to be held at different venues.

Hopi and iTicket Türkiye reserve the right to change the conditions, duration, and scope of the campaign.

What are the other terms and conditions?

  • Paracık, Hopi’s reward points, are earned/used at a value of 1 Paracık = 1 TL during purchases.
  • Paracık earning/usage values may vary depending on Hopi partner businesses and campaigns, or may not apply to certain events.
  • Hopi reserves the right to change Paracık rules or terminate the program.
  • Earned Paracık becomes usable within approximately 24 hours and must be used within 1 year at the latest.
  • If the earned Paracık is classified as Gift Paracık, it must be used before the date specified on the relevant page in the Hopi app.
  • In case of a return or exchange of an event ticket purchased with Hopi, the Paracık earned will be taken back. If the balance is sufficient, the amount will be deducted from the Paracık balance; if not, it will be offset from the refundable ticket amount.
  • For app discounts and usage, all fees, including communication charges, are the responsibility of the user in accordance with relevant agreements.
