iTicket Türkiye and the Organizer are not responsible if latecomers are unable to sit in their purchased seats once the event has started. The Organizer and iTicket Türkiye do not guarantee seats for late arrivals. Therefore, we kindly request you to arrive before the concert start time.

Children under 6 years old are not allowed into the event area. Every attendee aged 6 and above is required to have a ticket.

The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.

Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed. Additionally, once a ticket has been scanned for entry, if the guest leaves the event area, re-entry with the same ticket will not be permitted. Guests wishing to re-enter must purchase a new ticket.

All attendees must keep their tickets with them during the event.

Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to ticket holders who purchased from unauthorized sources.

Unless written permission is obtained from the Organizer, purchased tickets cannot be used for advertising, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or any commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled.

Security personnel will subject all attendees entering the venue to a security check.

The organizing company reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems inappropriate or disruptive to other guests, refunding the ticket price in such cases.

Cameras, photo cameras, audio devices, or any kind of visual-audio recording equipment will not be allowed into the venue.

Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks will not be permitted inside the event area.

Recording during the event will not be allowed. The audience accepts that visual-audio recording devices may be confiscated if deemed appropriate by the artist’s management.

Flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, sprays, perfumes, colognes, etc.), sharp or piercing objects, firearms of any kind, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers are strictly prohibited in the event area.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the concert area.

By attending the event, participants accept that their photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the organizer in promotional materials.
