•⁠ After the event has started, the ticketing company and the Organizer are not responsible if latecomers cannot sit in their purchased seats. The Organizer and the ticketing company do not guarantee seats for latecomers. Therefore, we kindly ask you to arrive before the concert begins.

•⁠ Children under the age of 6 are not allowed. Children over the age of 6 require a ticket.

•⁠ The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.

•⁠ Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed. Furthermore, once a ticket has been scanned for entry, if the guest leaves the event area, they will not be allowed re-entry with the same ticket. Guests wishing to re-enter must purchase a new ticket.

•⁠ All participants are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event.

•⁠ Event tickets must only be purchased through official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to ticket holders with tickets not purchased through official channels.

•⁠ Unless authorized in writing by the Organizer, purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or any commercial/non-commercial purposes other than personal use. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled.

•⁠ Security personnel will subject all guests entering the event area to a security check.

•⁠ The organizing company reserves the right to deny entry to anyone it deems inappropriate or who disturbs/disturbed other guests, by refunding the ticket fee.

•⁠ Cameras, photo equipment, audio devices, and any kind of audiovisual recording equipment will not be allowed inside the event venue.

•⁠ Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted inside the event venue.

•⁠ Recording during the event is not allowed. The audience accepts that, if deemed necessary by the artist’s management, audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated.

•⁠ Flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), sharp, piercing objects, firearms, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers are strictly prohibited in the event area.

•⁠ Pets are not allowed in the event area.

•⁠ Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the concert area.

•⁠ By attending the event, participants grant the Organizer the right to use photographs and video footage of the event for promotional materials.
