-To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all rules and conditions must be followed. By purchasing a ticket, participants are deemed to have accepted all rules and conditions.
-Entry without a female companion is not permitted.
-A dress code applies for the event taking place on the evening of July 18, 2026.
-Elegant-Casual attire is mandatory for male guests.
-A black or white dress is mandatory for female guests.
-In accordance with the regulations of the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), participants who are intoxicated or deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate in the balloon flight within the scope of the Global Sunrise Show. Breathalyzer testing may be conducted prior to the flight. In the event that alcohol is detected, safety instructions are not followed, or the responsible pilot/operation team determines that a participant may pose a risk to flight safety, the participant will not be allowed to board the balloon; in such cases, no refund will be issued. As participation in balloon flights under the influence of alcohol is prohibited, participants are strongly advised not to consume alcohol one day prior to the event.
-Event tickets are offered in limited capacity and are subject to a tier-based pricing model. Ticket prices may vary depending on availability and capacity.
-Please keep your ticket and the wristband provided to you at the entrance throughout the event.
-Event tickets must only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the event organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove from the venue any person holding tickets purchased through unauthorized sales channels.
-Participants who have entered the event area may re-enter the venue using the wristband provided at the entrance. The organization reserves the right to deny re-entry in cases where the wristband is lost, removed, or damaged.
-Admission is restricted to participants aged 18 and over. Participants are required to carry a valid physical identification document issued by official authorities throughout the event.
-Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued. Purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or any other commercial or non-commercial purposes without written permission. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled and legal action may be initiated.
-The organization company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
-The organization company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

-Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the event area.
-Opened tobacco and tobacco-related products are not permitted in the event area.
-Non-prescription medications are not permitted in the event area. Participants who are required to carry medication must present their prescription to security personnel at the entrance.
-Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted in the event area.
-Professional audio and visual recording equipment (video cameras and professional photo cameras) are not permitted in the event area.
-Recording during the event is strictly prohibited.
-Professional photo and video recordings will be conducted by the organizer within the event area. By entering the venue, participants are deemed to have accepted that these recordings may be used for promotional purposes and shared across all media channels designated by the organizer.
-Attendees acknowledge that visual and audio recording devices may be confiscated by artist management during the event and returned after the event if deemed necessary.
-Bag checks and security screenings will be conducted by security personnel at the entrance. Compliance with all instructions given by security staff is mandatory to ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience.
-Flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects and materials (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, colognes, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers) are not permitted in the event area.
-The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
-Pets are not permitted in the event area.
-The sound and lighting systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing or visual discomfort.
-Participants should exercise caution regarding special effect equipment used within the technical production of the event, including fog machines, flames, fire effects, CO2 effects, laser lights, and similar devices.
