The event starts at 9:00 PM.
The event has a minimum age requirement of 6 years. Children aged 6–16 may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted. Every attendee must have a valid ticket.
The concert will be standing only.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable after purchase.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule and ticket prices.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual deemed inappropriate, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to change the concert venue.
The event organizer and/or the organizing institution(s) reserve the right to change the seating or venue layout if deemed necessary.
The event will take place outdoors and will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue.
Pets are not allowed in the event area.
Attendees are responsible for keeping their personal belongings with them at all times. The organizer accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.
It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects into the venue, including items such as deodorants, aerosol sprays, perfumes, and laser pointers.
Professional audio and video recording equipment (such as video cameras and professional cameras), selfie sticks, GoPro poles, and similar equipment are not permitted inside the venue.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings taken during the event may be used by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes.
