Event rules
- The festival is general admission with no assigned seating; all attendees will be standing.
- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices and introduce new ticket categories.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to audience layout and other festival operations.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the festival schedule and program content.
- Festival passes (combined or single-day) do not grant access to Keşif program events.
- Separate tickets must be purchased to attend ticketed Keşif program events.
- A Keşif program ticket does not grant access to Bozcaada Jazz Festival concerts. A separate festival pass (combined or single-day) is required to attend the concerts.
- All attendees must carry a valid ID and present it upon request.
- Attendees purchasing student-discount tickets (including open education students) must present a valid official student ID at the venue entrance.
- The organizer reserves the right to require attendees who cannot present a valid student ID to purchase a full-price ticket.
- The festival has an age restriction of 18+. Children aged 6 and under may enter free of charge when accompanied by their parents. Attendees aged 7–18 may enter only with a valid ticket and when accompanied by their parents (mother and father).
- Wristbands issued at the festival entrance must be worn throughout the festival and must not be removed.
- Holders of combined festival passes must keep their wristbands on to gain entry on subsequent festival days. Attendees without a valid wristband will not be admitted.
- Early-bird and promotional tickets are available in limited quantities. Ticket prices will increase once these allocations are sold out.
- Professional audio and video recording equipment (including video cameras, professional cameras, selfie sticks, GoPro poles, etc.) is not permitted inside the festival grounds.
- No vehicles are permitted inside the festival grounds.
- The festival does not provide an official parking area.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and drinks will be available for purchase inside the festival grounds.
- Pets are welcome provided they are kept on a leash and wear a muzzle. They must remain leashed and muzzled at all times within the festival grounds. Owners are fully responsible for their pets.
- It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), combustible, sharp, or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, into the festival grounds.
- Security personnel at the festival entrance will inspect all bags as part of the security screening process. The festival reserves the right to prohibit any items that violate these rules.
- Camping chairs, beach umbrellas, and similar items are not permitted inside the festival grounds.
