Event rules

There is an age limit of 18.
All participants are required to keep their IDs with them and present them when requested.
Please do not forget to have your online ticket ready at the event entrance and to enter the ticket checkpoint suitable for your ticket. We recommend arriving early to avoid being affected by the crowd.
The organizer and venue officials have the right to deny entry to the event venue to persons they deem unsuitable, provided that the ticket price is refunded. Refund notifications are made on the first business day.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to ticket prices.
The organizer has the right to make changes to the event program, venue, and date.
Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organization owner. The organization owner has the right to remove holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points from the event area.
Particular attention is paid to the balance in the number of men and women, attitude, style, attire, and general suitability; entry may be denied for these and similar reasons. This decision is entirely at the door's discretion. The decision of our door team is final and valid under all conditions.
Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional recording devices will not be admitted to the area. Entering the event area with selfie sticks and GoPro poles will not be permitted.
It is prohibited to enter the event area with any tools that can be used as flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), combustible, cutting, or piercing objects, and laser pointers.
The participant consents to having their image recorded within the scope of general footage, recording, and live broadcast activities carried out at the event and accepts that the relevant organizer has the authority to use these recordings freely.
Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
Light systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
Every individual participating in the event is deemed to have read and understood all the articles in the special rules and accepted to comply with every rule set by the organization, otherwise to be removed from the venue.
