Event rules
- This event has an age limit of 8+. Attendees aged 8–18 may participate only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All attendees aged 8 and over are subject to ticket purchase.
- Doors open at 20:00. The concert starts at 21:30.
- Your e-ticket will be delivered to you via email and SMS. No printout is required.
- Entry to the hall is not permitted after the event has started.
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable.
- Ticket prices may vary depending on the period.
- The organizing company reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems inappropriate, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Ticket control will be carried out at the entrance; tickets must be presented on your mobile phone.
- Guests must comply with the designated seating arrangement. Seat changes are not allowed during the event.
- Recording during the concert using cameras, photo cameras, mobile phones, or any recording devices is strictly prohibited. Recording devices will not be allowed into the venue.
- Guests are required to be present at the event entrance at least 1 hour before the start of the event.
- AKM reserves the right to change the event venue and/or time. In case of a venue change, seats closest to the original ticket numbers will be allocated; no ticket refunds will be issued.
- Bringing food and beverages into the venue outside designated areas, as well as using tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited.
- Paid parking is available within AKM.
