DATA OWNER APPLICATION FORM and GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
General Descriptions
Personal data owners (“Applicant”), defined as the relevant person in The Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“LPPD”), are entitled to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the LPPD.
Pursuant to article 13/1 of the LPPD; Applications to be made to the data controller, iTicket, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”)
In this context, applications to be made to iTicket in "written" form, by printing out this form;
Below, information regarding how written applications will be delivered to us, specific to the written application channels, is given.

In addition, after the announcement of other methods to be determined by the Board, our Company will announce how the applications will be received through these methods.
Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, in accordance with Article 13/2 of the LPPD. The answer will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
