iTicket Türkiye and the Organizer are not responsible if guests arriving after the event has started cannot sit in their purchased seats. No seat guarantee is provided for latecomers. Please arrive before the concert start time.

Children under 6 years old are not allowed in the event area. All attendees aged 6 and above must have a valid ticket.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.

Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Guests who leave the venue after scanning their ticket will not be allowed to re-enter with the same ticket. A new ticket must be purchased for re-entry.

All attendees must keep their tickets with them at all times during the event.

Tickets must be purchased only from the official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to ticket holders who purchased from unauthorized sources.

Unless written permission is obtained from the organizer, tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, raffles, promotions, or for any commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled.

All guests will be subject to a security check upon entry.

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed inappropriate or disturbing to other guests, with a refund of the ticket price.

Cameras, photo cameras, audio devices, and all kinds of audiovisual recording equipment are not allowed in the venue.

Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed.

Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Guests accept that, if deemed necessary by the artist’s management, audiovisual devices may be confiscated.

Flammable, explosive (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, colognes, etc.), sharp, or piercing objects; firearms; thermoses; motorcycle helmets; and laser pointers are not allowed in the venue.

Pets are not allowed in the event area.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the concert area.

By attending the event, guests consent to the use of their images and videos in promotional materials by the organizer.
