Sonance Festival returns for its 10th edition, set to take place on September 6–7 at Club Mirador.

Event rules
- The event has an 18+ age restriction. All participants aged 18 and over must have a valid ticket.
- The participant is responsible for providing accurate information for themselves and any individuals they are registering on behalf of. Sonance Festival is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect personal or contact details.
- The participant confirms and undertakes that both they and the people they represent can be reached through the contact details provided during reservation.
- All attendees must carry valid identification.
- A gender balance will be maintained at the festival.
- By attending the festival, participants consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event in promotional materials.
- Sonance Festival is not liable for any damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, landslides, etc.), extraordinary circumstances (martial law, curfews, general strikes, terrorism, hotel or airport raids, plane hijackings, war, unrest, etc.), public movements (strikes, rallies, road closures, etc.), international tensions, diplomatic restrictions, health emergencies (epidemics, quarantines, global diseases, etc.), weather conditions (snowstorms, fog, lightning, etc.), customs regulation changes, or restrictions or insolvency in the transportation sector (air, train, sea, or land). Sonance Festival cannot be held responsible for any failure or disruption in fulfilling its obligations due to such causes.
- If a participant can no longer attend, they may transfer their booking to a third party who meets all applicable conditions, by notifying the organizers at least 21 days before the festival. All standard cancellation/change policies still apply, and any penalties will be charged to the original participant. The original and new participant are jointly liable for any outstanding balance and extra costs. The transfer will be processed based on the current price listed on the website at the time of transfer.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee from the venue without refund if they display behavior that disturbs the peace or disrupts the event.
- By making a reservation, participants agree to all security measures, including bag and body searches, as determined by the organizer and security team. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry without refund.
- Sonance Festival reserves the right to modify event content, rules, or operation, as well as cancel or postpone the event.
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed for reservations made during the early booking period.
- Participants agree not to request a refund for any reason within 30 days of the festival date. Cancellations during this period will only be accepted in cases of force majeure that prevent the participant from attending, with notice given to the booking representative.
- Refunds will be made after deducting all applicable taxes, charges, and credit card commissions.
- Participants may only request to postpone their reservation if the festival itself is canceled.
- Sonance Festival reserves the right to change event times, content, performing artists, or DJs.
- The organizer reserves the right to change performing DJs due to reasons beyond its control. Any such changes do not justify full or partial ticket refunds.
- Sonance Festival collects, processes, stores, and may share personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant regulations. This data may be used domestically or abroad for marketing purposes such as informing consumers about services, offers, discounts, and campaigns.
- Sonance Festival commits to making promotional announcements (via email, SMS, or catalog) in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. By signing this agreement, participants consent to being contacted through the contact information they have shared.
