The after-party continues in the Galia Room after 02:00.
All participants must carry valid identification and present it upon request.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
The organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to the event venue and backstage area to any individual at their discretion, with a refund of the ticket price. Attention is given to gender balance, attire, and suitability during entry. Entry may be denied on these grounds. Refund notifications will be processed on the next business day.
No outside food or beverages will be allowed into the venue.
Without written permission, it is prohibited to bring professional recording equipment into the venue or to record content.
By attending the event, the participant consents to being filmed or photographed as part of general recordings, broadcasts, and live streams, and grants the organizer the right to freely use such content.
Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing issues.
Lighting systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
Every individual attending the event is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the rules stated in the special terms, and accepts that failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
