With non-professional devices, guests are expected not to take photos or videos that may disturb other guests or performing artists, or that may violate their privacy.

The organizer and venue officials reserve the right to deny entry to the event or backstage areas to individuals they deem inappropriate.
Unless explicitly authorized in writing, purchased tickets may not be used for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, competitions, sweepstakes, and promotions. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.
As per the organizer’s rules, ticket refunds are only possible if the security staff at the entrance determine that a guest is not suitable for entry and deny them access. No refunds will be issued under any other circumstances.
