Please keep your ticket throughout the event.

Doors open at 19:00. The event starts at 21:00.

The organizer may delay the door opening and event start time by up to a total of 1 hour.

Spectators who leave the event area lose their right to re-enter; they must purchase a new ticket to return.

Children under 7 years old are not allowed. All attendees aged 7 and above must have a ticket.

The event seating is arranged according to blocks, rows, and seat numbers.

Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued. Tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, raffles, promotions, or any commercial or non-commercial purposes without written permission. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled and legal action will be taken.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable, with a refund of the ticket price.

The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.

The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.

Discounted or promotional ticket sales are limited by capacity. When capacity is reached, the organizer may change prices without prior notice.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.

The use of tobacco products is prohibited in the event area. Electronic cigarettes and similar products classified as tobacco are also prohibited.

Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not allowed inside the event area.

Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed inside the event area.

Recording during the event is not permitted.

Attendees agree that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if deemed appropriate by artist management.

Security personnel will conduct security checks on everyone entering the event area. All ticket holders are considered to have accepted the organizer’s security measures. Attendees refusing to comply will be denied entry without ticket refunds.

It is forbidden to bring firearms, flammable, explosive, or sparkling items (e.g., umbrellas, deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), sharp or piercing objects, or any tools capable of attack or defense—even if not intended for use (e.g., helmets, camping chairs, selfie sticks, tripods, chains, etc.), and laser pointers into the event area.

Pets are not allowed inside the event area.

Over-the-counter nasal sprays and similar products will not be permitted at entry.

The organizer is not responsible for any adverse incidents outside the event area affecting attendees (food poisoning, injuries, legal or police matters, etc.).

Tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove attendees with tickets bought from unofficial sources from the event area.

The organizer reserves the right to verify attendees’ age by requesting ID, passport, or official documents at entry and inside the event area. All attendees must carry identification.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings inside the event area.

Sound systems at the event may cause temporary hearing issues.

Lighting systems at the event may cause temporary eye discomfort.

The organizer owns the rights to use photos and videos taken at the event for promotional materials. By attending, participants consent to this usage.

Unless otherwise stated, the event will take place under all weather conditions. No refunds will be given for weather-related reasons. Attendees are advised to prepare accordingly.

No refunds will be issued for attendees who fail to comply with the above rules.

All ticket holders are deemed to have accepted the event rules.
