Refund notifications will be processed on the first business day.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

• Without prior written permission, bringing professional recording devices or conducting recordings inside the venue is strictly prohibited.

• By attending the event, participants consent to being filmed or photographed as part of general media, livestreams, or event recordings, and grant the organizer the right to use such media freely.

• Sound systems at the event may cause temporary hearing issues.

• Lighting effects at the event may cause temporary eye discomfort.

• By attending the event, every individual is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the special rules and regulations set by the organizer, and accepts removal from the venue in case of non-compliance.
