About Orpheus Açık Hava Amfi Sahnesi
Orpheus Açık Hava Amfi Sahnesi (Open Air Amphitheater Stage) is a mesmerizing open-air event and performance venue located in the area of the Şanlıurfa Archaeology and Haleplibahçe Mosaic Museum, one of Turkey's largest museum complexes, in the Eyyübiye district (Haleplibahçe Neighborhood, Haleplibahçe Cd. No: 50), considered the historical heart of Şanlıurfa. Named after the world-famous Orpheus Mosaic exhibited within the complex, this amphitheater brings the city's mystical and historical texture together with art.
Located very close to the Balıklıgöl basin, the venue hosts open-air concerts, theatre plays, mystical music recitals, giant organizations with the "sıra gecesi" concept, and cultural festivals, especially organized in the spring and summer months. The Orpheus Amphitheater Stage offers a unique experience for those who want to watch art events under the stars accompanied by Şanlıurfa's thousands of years old historical atmosphere.
