How to Get to Deniz Müzesi?

Located in Beşiktaş Square, right next to the Barbaros Hayreddin Pasha Pier and tomb, access to the venue is extremely easy from every point of the city.

By Public Transportation:

• Ferry/Motorboat: It is the easiest and most pleasant way to come from the Anatolian Side (Kadıköy or Üsküdar). After getting off at the Beşiktaş Pier, the museum is just a 1-2 minute walk away.

• Bus/Minibus: The venue can be easily reached by getting off at the Beşiktaş Meydan (Square) or Akaretler stops via numerous IETT bus and minibus lines coming from Taksim, Sarıyer, Levent, Mecidiyeköy, or Eminönü directions.

• Tram: You can get off at the last stop, Kabataş, using the T1 Kabataş-Bağcılar line, and arrive at the museum with an approximately 10-15 minute pleasant walk along the tree-lined coastal road (Dolmabahçe Avenue) or with a short bus transfer.

By Private Vehicle:

• You can reach the venue by descending Barbaros Boulevard or using the coastal road (Dolmabahçe Avenue or Çırağan Avenue).

• Since the museum is located in one of the areas with the heaviest traffic, it is recommended to leave your vehicle in multi-story car parks in the Beşiktaş center, private parking areas, or the parking lots of surrounding hotels and proceed to the venue with a short walk.
