About Apartman Sahne

Apartman Sahne is a boutique performance and art space located in Kadıköy, Koşuyolu (Arda Sk. No:2/2), one of Istanbul's quiet and decent neighborhoods, embracing theatre lovers with its intimate atmosphere. With its apartment concept, from which it takes its name, it offers a warm environment that eliminates the distance between the audience and the actor.

Having a "black box" theatre layout, the venue hosts plays by independent theatre companies, one-person performances, stand-up shows, and various workshops (acting, writing, etc.). Unlike large stages, it is one of the most special alternative stages in Kadıköy for those who want to experience art in a more minimal and impressive form.

How to Get to Apartman Sahne?

Located close to Koşuyolu Park and Tepe Nautilus Shopping Mall, access to the venue is very easy, especially thanks to rail systems.

By Public Transportation:

  • Marmaray: It is the most practical way of transportation. You can get off at the Ayrılık Çeşmesi station, use the Tepe Nautilus exit, and reach Arda Street with an approximately 10-12 minute walk towards the Koşuyolu direction.
  • Metro: Ayrılık Çeşmesi or Acıbadem stops of the M4 Kadıköy-Sabiha Gökçen Airport line can be used. Ayrılık Çeşmesi station is within walking distance of the venue.
  • Bus: Transportation can be provided via IETT buses (e.g., 11T, 6, 1) departing from Kadıköy or Üsküdar and passing through Koşuyolu Köprüsü or Koşuyolu stops.
  • Minibüs: The Kadıköy-Koşuyolu-Ümraniye minibus line passes near the venue.

By Private Vehicle:

  • The venue is on a quiet street parallel to Koşuyolu Avenue.
  • Since the streets in the area are narrow, finding a parking spot can sometimes be difficult. It is recommended to leave your vehicle in the parking bays on Koşuyolu Avenue or in the Tepe Nautilus Shopping Mall parking lot and proceed to the venue with a short walk.
