iTicket Türkiye and the Organizer are not responsible if latecomers are unable to sit in their purchased seats after the event has started. Neither the Organizer nor iTicket Türkiye guarantees seats for guests who arrive late. For this reason, we kindly request that you arrive before the concert starts.

Children under the age of 6 are not allowed into the event area. All attendees aged 6 and above must have a valid ticket.

The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.

Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. Additionally, guests who scan their tickets and enter the event area will not be allowed re-entry with the same ticket if they leave the venue. Guests wishing to re-enter must purchase a new ticket.

All attendees must carry their tickets with them throughout the event.

Event tickets must be purchased only through official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a ticket purchased from unauthorized sources.

Unless written permission is obtained from the Organizer, purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or any purpose other than personal use, whether commercial or non-commercial. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled.

Security personnel will conduct security checks on everyone entering the event area.

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals they deem inappropriate or who may disturb other guests, in which case the ticket price will be refunded.

Cameras, audio recorders, video recorders, and other audiovisual recording devices will not be allowed into the venue.

Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted in the event area.

Recording during the event is not allowed. By attending, the audience acknowledges that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if deemed necessary by the artist’s management.

Flammable, explosive (such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes, cologne, etc.), sharp or piercing objects, firearms of any kind, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers are not permitted in the event area.

Pets are not allowed into the event area.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the concert venue.

By attending the event, participants grant the organizer the right to use any photo or video footage taken during the event for promotional materials.
