•⁠  ⁠All attendees must carry a valid ID and present it upon request.
•⁠  ⁠Please have your online ticket ready at the entrance and proceed to the designated ticket control point. To avoid delays, we recommend arriving early.
•⁠  ⁠The organizer and venue officials reserve the right to deny entry to anyone they deem unsuitable, with a refund of the ticket price. Refund notifications will be processed on the first business day.
•⁠  ⁠The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
•⁠  ⁠The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event’s schedule, venue, or date.
•⁠  ⁠Tickets must be purchased only through the official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals holding tickets not purchased through official channels.
•⁠  ⁠Special attention is paid to gender balance, demeanor, tone, attire, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied based on these factors at the sole discretion of security. The decision at the entrance is final and applies under all circumstances.
•⁠  ⁠Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional recording devices are not permitted. Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are also not allowed inside the venue.
•⁠  ⁠Bringing flammable, explosive (e.g., deodorants, sprays, perfumes), sharp or piercing objects, or laser pointers into the venue is strictly prohibited.
•⁠  ⁠By attending, participants consent to being filmed or photographed as part of general recordings or live broadcasts of the event and grant the organizer full rights to use such materials freely.
•⁠  ⁠The venue’s sound systems may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
•⁠  ⁠The venue’s lighting systems may cause temporary eye discomfort.
•⁠  ⁠Every participant is considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of the special rules and agrees to comply with all regulations set by the organizer. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.
