• It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the event area.
• By entering the event area, participants acknowledge and accept that photos and videos will be taken during the event.
• Unless authorized in writing, professional recording equipment is not permitted, and professional filming is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are expected to avoid using non-professional devices in ways that disturb other attendees or performing artists, or that violate personal privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• The organizer and venue officials reserve the right to deny entry to the event and backstage areas to individuals they deem inappropriate.
• Special attention is given to the balance of male and female participants, as well as to behavior, attitude, dress code, and overall suitability. Entry may be denied on these grounds, at the sole discretion of door management. The decision at the door is final and binding under all circumstances.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
• By attending the event, participants grant the Organizer the right to use photographs and video recordings of the event in promotional materials.
