Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account for the iTicket mobile app (Android and iOS) and iticket.com.tr, provided by İBilet Bilet Dağıtım ve Basım Tic. A.Ş. The app and the website share one account, so deleting it once is enough.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open the Profile tab in the iTicket app.
  2. Tap Edit profile.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm.
  4. Enter the one-time code we send you. Your account is deleted as soon as the code is accepted.

Delete it without the app

On the website

  1. Sign in to your account at iticket.com.tr.
  2. Open the Account page.
  3. Click Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm.
  4. Enter the one-time code we send you. Your account is deleted as soon as the code is accepted.

By email

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may contact you to confirm your identity. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • The email address and phone number registered to your account. The account can no longer be signed into with them.
  • All your active sessions and app sign-in keys.
  • Linked Google and Apple accounts.
  • Your push notification token; you will no longer get notifications.
  • Ticket transfers you sent that have not been accepted yet are cancelled.

Deletion cannot be undone. When it is complete we send a notice to your email address. You can later open a new account with the same email address and phone number.

What is kept

  • Order, invoice and payment records (including the name, contact and invoice details you gave when ordering): for 10 years from the end of the commercial relationship, as the Tax Procedure Law, the Turkish Commercial Code and related laws require. They are used only for those legal obligations and are deleted or anonymised when the period ends. Details are in our Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy.
  • Tickets you bought stay valid for the event, and you can use the tickets we emailed you. Once the account is deleted you can no longer open them in the app or on the website, so download your tickets before deleting.
